Job Description: I am looking for an individual with SEN experience to work as a Teaching Assistant in Lincoln. The individual must have experience working with severe learning difficulties either in an educational or care background.  

Role and Responsibilities:

Working 1:1 or small group work
Working closely with individuals who have severe Autism, SLD & non verbal individuals
Developing and implementing education plans
Providing personal care to students with disabilities
Students age 2 to 18
Ideal candidate requirements:

Teaching Assistant  or Care Assistant experience
Personal care experience
Experience with severe Autism or SLD
Right attitude towards teaching and learning within SEN
Teaching Personnel Benefit:

£60-70 a day, paid by Teaching Personnel’s payroll system every Friday
The chance to gain recognised qualifications such as a safe guarding level 2, Team Teach, Moving and Handling, SEN Diploma level 2-4, Child psychology and many more!
Opportunity for gaining a permanent contract
