Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a fantastic growing financial organisation on their search for a Senior HR Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract for the next 10 months.

The business have recently gone through a period of change so this is an exciting time to join them and be part of their journey, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of HR work and will also be a line of support for the current HR Advisors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is well versed in payroll, employee relations and generalist HR queries looking to join a valued and respected environment.

About you
To be considered for this role you must have a strong generalist background in HR, experience running payroll within a well-established organisation.

About the role
Working within a small team of HR professionals to provide them an efficient HR Advisory service, taking ownership of any payroll queries as well as providing support to the rest of the HR team.

Role Responsibilities:
Running Payroll – Circa 650 employees
ER Case Management – high level attendance & performance issues
Change Management Initiatives
HR Generalist experience
