Are you a great Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant who has experience supporting children with a range of SEND's or offering general classroom support?
Are you someone from a Social Care background looking to secure experience in a Secondary School in the area?
Then we want to hear from you!
Protocol Education are looking for caring, supportive and dedicated TAs/ LSAs who have experience working with SEND pupils either as part of small groups or on a one to one basis. Our team of consultants work with numerous secondary schools across East London who require one-to-one support for vulnerable children, as well as more general support in their SEND department.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Education and understand and enjoy the challenges that come with working with children with SEND provisions. Therefore, you will be a patience, charismatic and nurturing individual.
