Are you seeking a Part Time opportunity within Finance? A role that allows you limited hours each day, potentially around the school run? Do you have a good level of experience with Accounts Payable?

Our Client is a Milton Keynes based SME who are looking to bring on board a Part Time Finance Assistant to cover a range of duties within the office, both administrative and Financial.
Duties will include:
· Raising Purchase Orders and keeping the Purchase Ledger up to date
· Matching invoices, statements and receipts
· Assisting with month end duties for the Accountants
· Maintaining holiday records
· Creating work orders for the business
· Answer calls and dealing with incoming mail.
· Ad hoc duties within the office such as ordering stationary etc
To be suitable for this role you will have experience of working within a finance capacity previously covering Accounts Payable duties. You will be capable of working within small team environments and open to assisting on a range of ad hoc duties as and when required.
This role is to be performed over 30 hours a week, ideally 9am – 3pm daily
