About the KS2 Phase Leader Role
As a KS2 Phase Leader at this school, you will be creating and implementing an action plan to improve teaching and learning across KS2. Part of your remit will be to manage and maintain the resources in your phase, allocating them where necessary and keeping them up-to-date. This KS2 Phase Leader position involves expanding your horizons with the schools CPD programme which aims to forward both professional and personal ambitions. A vital component of this role is to ensure the primary curriculum is pitched at the right level. In general, you will be cultivating the teaching practice of newly qualified and experienced teachers throughout the school. One of your primary tasks in this role is to review the current practices undertaken in the phase and implement strategies to improve upon them
