Now seeking a commercially minded problem solver who has great skills at driving and improving operational performance and managing process improvement and compliance. This role will report directly into the Internal Compliance Manager.

Does any of the below sum up your experience?

– Lead and execute cash/stock audits in accordance with company standards
– Prepare and present reports that clearly reflect the audit results
– Reviewing site-based reports and investigating trends or oddities
– Check all cash processes are been followed within the business
– Working with operations to ensure purchase compliance and concepts are achieved throughout the business
– Analysing cash audits from operations managers and challenging their findings

– Able to pay attention to detail
– Possess strong organisational skills
– Possess a high level of professionalism, integrity, and truthfulness in all dealings
– Strong ability to work with people from all levels of the organisation
– Problem-solving abilities
– Strong ability to work on multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced organisation
– Contract catering experience preferred
– Passionate about process improvements

What can we offer you?

Ideally, we are seeking someone who is based in or around the Manchester region, as although the role is to cover nationally, a good proportion of the focus will be around the Northern areas of the UK.

There will be a high level of travel as the role is national and you will also be required to stay away from home to meet the needs of the business.

The salary is competitive and you'll get 33 days' annual leave (including bank holidays). You'll be joining a lively team with a passion to succeed and a strong work ethic.
