We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Professional with commercial experience to help lead a team within a rapidly growing insurance company. This company are renowned for offering excellent career progression and benefits.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing leadership and training to less senior members of the team
Supervising individual KPIs as well as concentrating on group performance
Carrying out team meetings and 121’s
Servicing existing clients and trying to grow new business from them
Dealing with complaints and enquiries
Skills and Experience
Account handling or Team Leader background is essential
The ability to lead by example
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Always delivering a high level of customer service to clients
CII desirable but not essential
