Job Description: ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR 
ST. ALBANS 
UP TO £20,000 PA (DOE) 

Here at Interaction Recruitment, we are delighted to be working with a Company in St. Albans who are looking to expand their finance team with the addition of an Accounts Administrator. 
 
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm Mon to Fri 
 
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:  

· Posting purchase invoices  

· Uploading of invoices  

· Setting up new accounts 
 
· Raising of POs  

· Query resolution  

· Filing 

You will need the following skills and attributes:  

· Knowledge of Sage (an advantage not essential) 
 
· Confident on the phone

· Knowledge of Word & Excel  

· Computer skills to include confidence with numbers  

· Ability to work alone 
 
· Highly organised
